Festival Internacional de Lousiana

Por segundo año consecutivo tiene el placer de presentarse en el Festival Internacional de Louisiana, con el auspicio de Bassin de Danse. Nuestro gran objetivo es dar a conocer el trabajo extracurricular que realizamos en OHS, incluyendo la diversidad cultural y el aprecio por las diferentes culturas de habla hispana.

En esta ocasión presentamos una adaptación del Jarabe Tapatio Mexicano, utilizando  la canción de la famosa película Disney “Coco” llamada “Un poco loco”, compuesta por Anthony Gonzalez y Gael Garcia Bernal, donde el encanto y la gracia de esta danza, junto con el color vivo de la ropa, que ofrecen a los espectadores un collage vertiginoso de vitalidad y brillo, han capturado los corazones de los amantes del arte popular en México y en todo el mundo.

For the second year in a row, have the pleasure of performing at the Louisiana International Festival, sponsored by Bassin de Danse. Our great objective is to publicize the extracurricular work we do at OHS, including cultural diversity and appreciation for different Spanish-speaking cultures.

On this occasion we will make an adaptation of the Mexican Jarabe Tapatio, using the song from the famous Disney movie “Coco” called “Un poco loco”, composed by Anthony Gonzalez and Gael Garcia Bernal, where the charm and grace of this dance, along with the vivid color of the clothing, offers viewers a dizzying collage of vibrancy and brilliance. This has captured the hearts of folk art lovers in Mexico and around the world.
